At Sandoki, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality products. However, due to the nature of blind box products, we have the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Blind Box Products: Once a blind box has been opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear quality issue (such as damage, missing parts, or if the wrong series is sent, e.g., receiving a Disney item instead of the expected Doraemon item).
  • Discrepancy with Cover Image: If the item you received differs from the cover image, please note that this is a standard feature of blind box products, and it does not qualify for a return or exchange. The surprise element is part of the experience of purchasing blind boxes.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  • For Quality Issues: If the product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide supporting evidence (photos or videos), and we will process a return or replacement.
  • For Incorrect Series: If you received an entirely different series from what was ordered (for example, a Disney item when you ordered a Doraemon item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a return or replacement.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Special Circumstances:

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (photos or videos), and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date you received the product.
